How long does my order take to ship?

Each Mini Mayhem piece is made with care — and a little mayhem — so we ask for a bit of patience! Most orders ship within 5–7 business days. Custom or personalized items may take a little longer (up to 10 business days) depending on the design. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow the chaos right to your doorstep. Need something rushed? Shoot us a message — we’ll do our best to make it happen!

What is your return policy? 

At Mini Mayhem, we want you to love what you ordered — chaos and all. If something doesn’t fit quite right or isn’t what you expected, eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery, as long as they are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Because many of our pieces are custom-made, custom and personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a defect. If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please reach out within 5 days of delivery so we can make it right.
